Intergroup Dialogue to Address Challenging Issues

Our society is deeply divided on how to address important public issues. There is a growing belief that people with different views can’t work together or find common ground. Too often, meaningful conversations are derailed by arguments over intent or language, instead of focusing on understanding facts and ideas.

The Strategic Dialogue Group offers a solution: a structured approach to safe, productive dialogue that drives action and change. Unlike debates that focus on winning, our process aims to deepen understanding and uncover shared solutions.

Through the Strategic Dialogue Group’s approach, participants:

  • Develop the respect, skills, and awareness necessary to engage productively with those who have different perspectives and experiences.

  • Collaboratively explore facts and ideas, ensuring all sides work with the same information.

  • Find common ground solutions for action and change.

Below are two examples. Please contact us to ask questions.

"They facilitate rather than direct, support rather than lecture, and guide rather than shame. One of the things that has most impressed me is that they have stayed true to their commitment to making sure our plan reflects our needs."
